Beware of Scammers
October 21, 2026
Scammers may be impersonating the Town of New Durham or town officials. Phishing emails have been reported by other municipalities in New Hampshire. These emails often demand payment for planning or land use applications, and state that you must correspond via email or wire money. You can always call or come to Town Hall to discuss land use matters. If you have received an invoice or request for payment via email or wire transfer from someone claiming to be affiliated with the Town of New Durham and you believe it may be fraudulent, call (603) 859-2091.
