ZBA Public Hearing Notice - Perkins

Review and Determination for Completion Case #2026-005 - An application submitted by Thomas W. Varney, PE and Joshua S. Thibeault of Varney Engineering, LLC, on behalf of Timothy H. and Marie A. Perkins for property located at 159 South Shore Road, Map 121, Lot 067. The applicants are requesting Variances to Article VI. C.3.a.ii. No privy, cesspool, septic tank, or sewage disposal area shall be constructed or reconstructed: ii. less than seventy-five (75) feet from any well, or from a dwelling other than to which it is appurtenant; and Article VI.C.3.b.i. No part of a leach field shall be located less than: i. twenty (20) feet from a property line on a lot less than 80,000 square feet. If the application is determined to have sufficient information so the Zoning Board can make a decision a Public Hearing may be held.
