You are hereby notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the New Durham Town Hall. The hearing is regarding a Boundary Line Adjustment within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District submitted by Paul F. Zuzgo, LLS, of Prospect Mountain Survey on behalf of the Town of New Durham and Michael Depierro Living Trust and Shannon N. Depierro Living Trust for properties at Map 240, Lot 026-004, Brackett Road, and Map 240-025, 151 Brackett Road in New Durham, New Hampshire.
