The hearing is regarding a Boundary Line Adjustment within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District, Shore Front Conservation Area, Steep Slopes Conservation District, and the Wetlands Conservation Overlay submitted by Paul Zuzgo, of Prospect Mountain Survey on behalf of Kyle A. Rose and Joseph Suarez, Trustees of the Kyle A. Rose Living Trust and John Babcock and Holly Deurloo for property at Map 111, Lots 013, 015, and 016, on 29A, 23, and 25 Elly Point Road, New Durham, New Hampshire.
