PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - Monday, February 2, 2026 7:00 PM at NEW DURHAM TOWN HALL

You are hereby notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the New Durham Town Hall. The hearing is regarding a Stormwater Conditional Use Permit within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District, the Steep Slopes Conservation District, and the Shore Front Conservation Area submitted by Thomas W. Varney, of Varney Engineering, LLC., on behalf of Scott A. and Ellen A. Arrigoni for property at Map 114, Lot 037, at 392 South Shore Road, New Durham, New Hampshire.

In case of cancellation due to weather, the Hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
