The New Durham Land Use Department has been receiving notification of fraudulent requests for Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) payments via wire transfer. Please note that invoices for Planning Board and ZBA application filing fees will be sent directly to the applicant’s representative and will NOT request a wire transfer. If you receive a request for fees for a Planning Board or ZBA application, please contact your application representative.
